How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Please note that we deliver our products all over the world. Our delivery times vary from 7 to 21 days depending on your location and the time of year.
Please contact our support if and only if you have not received your package within 21 days. We will be happy to inform you about the location of your order. Support address: email@example.com
What can I do if I'm not home for delivery?
If you are not at home when the package is to be delivered, it can be left in a safe place that will be specified on a note posted in your mailbox by mail.
If there is no suitable place to deliver your package, the courier will leave you with a calling card that will explain how to rearrange your delivery.
If your package has not arrived and you have not received a calling card, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
How can I change my delivery address?
We will ship your order promptly.
Once your order has been placed, you have 24 hours to contact our customer service department at email@example.com to inform us of your new delivery address.
I placed a large order but not all items have arrived yet?
We may have a large number of orders and may not be able to ship them all on the same day. Don't worry, all your packages will arrive.
Please contact us only after 21 days if your packages have not arrived at your home at firstname.lastname@example.org.
You have ordered an expensive item from us and have not received an order confirmation?
You have placed an order, the money has been debited from your account but you have not received the confirmation e-mail. You are wondering, will I receive my order?
Don't worry, this usually means that the email address has been misspelled or the email is in spam.
Check your inboxes before you write to us at email@example.com. We will need your name and order delivery address so we can send you your order confirmation email back.
Did you receive the wrong item or a faulty item?
In case you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately by email at firstname.lastname@example.org with the following information:
- Your order number
- The name of your article
- A description of your request
- A photo of the item with your order confirmation email printed next to it.
We will process your request within 24/48h and will keep you informed of the procedure to follow.
All claims for parcels that have already arrived damaged must be submitted within 14 days of the delivery date.
I want to cancel my order, how can I do this?
As stipulated in our general terms and conditions of sale, we accept order cancellations if and only if they are duplicated on your order.
Do not hesitate to contact us at email@example.com so that we can initiate a refund procedure.
Any other order cancellation request will not be taken into account.
What payment methods do you accept?
We offer our customers two efficient and ultra-secure payment methods: PayPal and credit card through the company Stripe.
One of the items I own is cheaper now than when I bought it. Can you refund the difference?
As an online merchant, our prices may change from time to time without notice, depending on demand, inventory and future sales. We cannot refund the difference.

We don't really have fixed criteria for choosing our partners, as all of our partners are unique. The only advice we can give you is to identify what makes you unique and how it can bring value to others.
